Group Fitness Classes
Pilates Reformer Classes
Experience Group Fitness classes that are innovative, energetic and fun. Classes include Total Body Conditioning, Burn, Indoor Cycle and Zumba taught by Bergen County’s most inspiring instructors. Classes are updated regularly to keep it fun and interesting!
Held in a small group setting, these classes are targeted to increasing strength, stamina and endurance. This enables our instructors to focus on the needs of each individual. Make new friends and motivate each other! *additional fees apply

Individual Memberships*
An Individual membership grants access to our state-of-the-art fitness floor, GROUP FITNESS CLASSES, indoor pool, locker rooms, steam & Sauna as well as discounts on Pickleball & Fountain spa services.
Passes
passes are available for purchase with no enrollment fee, however they expire and must be re-purchased to use again. These passes grant access to our state-of-the-art fitness floor, group fitness classes, LOCKER ROOM, STEAM, SAUNA and Indoor pool. There are no discounts with pickleball or Fountain spa services if you purchase a pass.
