PARENT & ME

We Parent & Me, Caregiver & Me classes for you and your littlest baby/toddler to enjoy. Classes include Yoga, Music & Movement and Swim

All classes are especially designed and taught by certified instructors trained to keep you and your littlest loved ones safe, happy and fit! 

INTRO TO SPORTS

Intro to Sports provides the ultimate FUN sports experience for your child. They’ll be introduced to a variety of sports including soccer, lacrosse, floor hockey, basketball, football, T-Ball, and more!

NINJA WARRIOR

Ninja Warrior classes combine obstacle course training with elements of gymnastics & parkour. Your child will increase their strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, impulse control, confidence, and ability to work in a group.  Climb, jump, improve balance, coordination, speed & agility throughout our Ninja Warrior course. Each week the course changes so we progressively focus on gaining or honing a new skill during each session.

BASKETBALL

We begin with the basics/fundamentals, and progress through to more advanced skills dribbling, passing, defense, shooting, rebounding and more, leading up to playing a mini-game! Children will also learn key basketball rules, terminology and vocabulary. Improve your jump shot, gain speed, confidence and master the rules of the game.
