MEET OUR COACHES
My passion for Pickleball began three years ago when I stumbled upon an indoor facility and was immediately drawn into the sport’s exciting world. After developing my skills through hours of training and daily play, I fell in love with the game, hence deciding to combine my background in special education and my master’s degree with launching Adaptive Pickleball programs for children with unique needs. Having coached and taught Bowling previously, I realized that Pickleball offered my students an even more active and healthy lifestyle.
As an IPTPA certified instructor, I am known as someone who brings people together through Pickleball. The sport is much more than just exercise—it promotes health, mental acuity, and fosters a strong sense of community and connection. My passion for instruction goes far beyond the court; I truly enjoy building relationships, nurturing a sense of family, and creating welcoming environments where everyone.
Since picking up a pickleball paddle in August of 2022, Rob has rapidly ascended to a 5.0+ level player, clinching back-to-back APP Tour victories in both Singles and Doubles. As a Pro with The Picklr, Rob leads efforts in coaching including directing and leading clinics, play with pros, and conducting private lessons. Rob’s intense passion for pickleball fuels his dedication to coaching, where he strives to help players not only reach but surpass their goals. Drop by and experiencing the game-changing magic of skilled coaching first hand! Since 2025 Rob has been coaching the USLPL NYC Ballers a Senior Pro Pickleball team.
Jake is a certified Level 2 PPR Pickleball Coach with more than three years of teaching experience. When he’s not on the court with students, he competes in tournaments across the tri-state area, consistently performing at the 4.0–4.5 level or higher.
Jake brings his passion for the game into every lesson and offers a variety of ways for players to grow, including:
•Private lessons or one-on-one coaching
•Group classes for newbie, advanced beginners, and intermediate playersSpecialty clinics designed to build targeted skills
•Play with a Pro
Gerard is a certified Level 1 Pickleball Coach with a passion to teach the game to beginner-intermediate level players. He has played pickleball for over 3 years and competed in several tournaments. Gerard has coached and officiated for over 20 years at many different youth and high school organizations in North Jersey. Player development and growth is Coach G’s #1 priority!
How to Sign Up & Create an Account On Court Reserve
To register for an open play, clinic, event, or court rental you must first:
Create a CourtReserve Account (Court Reserve is an all-in-one club reservation and management platform designed to make it easy for you to have all the information you need to schedule, play, and pay).
Individual Membership: $200/year [10%-25% discount on all Pickleball programs & reserve court up to 14 days in advance]
Guest (non-member): $0 [Reserve courts up to 2 days in advance]
How to Create a Court Reserve Account:
1. CREATE a Court Reserve Account for Fountain Fitness Center (use the Link ‘CREATE ACCOUNT’ upper right corner)

2. Select your membership type (Single, Gym + Pickleball, or Guest).
3.Enter your profile and payment information
Once your account is CREATED simply enter the email and password you used to CREATE your account. You can then access the calendar, reserve courts, sign-up for events, and check your balance—all on your desktop, or on your mobile phone

*IMPORTANT: If you already have a Court Reserve account for another Club, log in to your account using your existing credentials for Court Reserve that you set up for your other Club and go to:
