Format: 10 teams, 20 players | three round robin seeding games | single elimination tournament

Details of the Program
As we age, many of us face hormonal changes, weight gain, nutritional imbalance and reduced range of motion.
This Program Includes:
One-on-one personal training
Weekly weigh-ins
Sign-up by July 4th and receive a 30-minute life stretch session.
