Front Desk
Be the welcoming face of FFC. Our Front Desk team helps create a positive first impression while assisting members, answering questions, managing check-ins, and supporting day-to-day club operations.

Membership Consultant
Help introduce prospective members to everything FFC has to offer. Membership Consultants connect with leads, provide tours, explain membership options, and help new members find the right fit.
We’re looking for:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales and customer service experience
- Goal-oriented individuals
- Enthusiasm for fitness and wellness
Personal Trainers
Help members become stronger, healthier, and more confident through personalized coaching and programming.
We’re looking for:
- Certified Personal Trainers
- Strong knowledge of exercise programming and technique
- Motivated, personable coaches
- Professionals who enjoy building long-term client relationships
Group Exercise Instructors
Bring energy, motivation, and great workouts to the FFC community by leading engaging group fitness classes.
We’re looking for:
- Certified Group Exercise Instructors
- Dynamic and motivating personalities
- Experience leading safe and effective classes
- Instructors across a variety of fitness formats
Pickleball Coach
Help players improve their skills and enjoy the game through lessons, clinics, drills, and organized programming at Fountain Pickleball Club.
We’re looking for:
- Experienced pickleball players and coaches
- Strong teaching and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, approachable personalities
- Coaching certification preferred
Lifeguards
Help maintain a safe, welcoming environment at our indoor pool.
We’re looking for:
- Current lifeguard certification
- CPR/AED certification
- Responsible and attentive individuals
- Strong communication skills
Summer Camp Counselors
Spend your summer helping create memorable experiences for campers at Fountain Ridge Day Camp.
Counselors help lead games, activities, swimming, sports, arts and crafts, special events, and more.
We’re looking for:
- Energetic and responsible team members
- Individuals who enjoy working with children
- Positive attitudes and strong communication skills
- Availability during the summer camp season
